CAFETERIA INFORMATION
The Habersham County Schools nutrition program provides each student an opportunity to eat breakfast and lunch each day.  The meals are affordable, nutritious, and served by school nutrition professionals who care about children.  These meals contribute to a successful academic experience and encourage a lifetime of healthy eating. Each school's nutrition program has a manager who is involved in an on-going training program to include Training- In-Depth, which provides overall nutrition program management information, and ServSafe which focuses on sanitation and food safety.

The NGA cafeteria is operated for students’ convenience on a non-profit basis.  Free and reduced price lunch programs are available for those who qualify.  Every student will receive an application form on the first day of school and is encouraged to return it on the next school day or as soon as possible.  Free/Reduced applications are also available on the Habersham Schools website. Click HERE to download a form.

Breakfast:            Full Price $0.90     Reduced Price $0.30
Lunch:                 Full Price $1.25     Reduced Price $0.40

Students may pay for their meal by the day, week, or month.  Prepayments are encouraged, and may also be made online at
MealPayPlus .   Students will be assigned a student number and required to enter it into the keypad when purchasing a meal.
A student is charged the student price for the first meal; if a second meal is purchased, full adult price is charged.

ONLINE MEAL PAYMENT OPTION

Meal Pay Plus allows school lunches to be purchased online using a debit or credit card by paying a small transaction fee.  This online service allows lunch payments to be credited at the student's school the same day.  Pre-paid lunches also help lunch lines to move faster, allowing the students to spend more time enjoying lunch and less time waiting in line.
